Welcome to Brookfield Elementary School!

It is with great excitement and pride that I join the Home of the Bobcats this year. After meeting various members of the Brookfield Elementary community, it is evident that we truly demonstrate PAW Pride: Positively Awesome Work and are proud of it! Our talented staff is dedicated to providing your child with an excellent education in a positive, nurturing environment by maintaining high expectations and offering quality instruction. Our mission is to: Capture Hearts, Inspire Minds, and Ensure Success for all. We strongly believe in the "Capturing Kids' Hearts" philosophy that you must capture children's hearts to reach their minds. Additionally, we value a strong school-home partnership and appreciate family involvement in our school. All of us at Brookfield Elementary are committed to continuing the tradition of academic excellence and support of students' social and emotional needs.

As we move into the season of giving, I would like to give thanks for the generosity and thoughtfulness from the Brookfield Elementary community. Some examples of the contributions our students, families, and staff members have made are: The Gift of Sight, our PTO Food Drive, Heavenly Hats Day, Toys for Tots, and the Candy Collection for our Troops Overseas. For more information about the positive events going on in our school, please take time to read our bi-weekly Bobcat Paw Print, Brookfield Elementary's school newsletter. You will notice a new section this year called "Around Brook El: A Peek at the 'Paws'itive."  In this section, I will highlight various celebrations, special events, and successes going on in our school community.
