District Awards & Recognition 2013-14 Celebrations of Success!

Forbes Names Elmbrook Best Schools for the Housing Buck
For the third time in four years, Forbes.com named the Elmbrook School District as one of the top school districts in the country for the housing dollar, highlighting strong student achievement results in communities whose average home price was less than double the national median.

National Merit Finalists

Brookfield Central had 10 seniors named National Merit Semi-Finalists and Brookfield East recognized 11 seniors as National Merit Semi-Finalists in 2014.

College Board Advance Placement Scholar of the Year

Brookfield Central's Nikil Prasad was recognized as the Wisconsin AP Scholar of the Year, awarded to one male and one female in each state for his/her performance on AP Exams. Nikil finished his education at BCHS with 15 AP exams, scoring 5 on ten of the exams, and 4 on the remaining exams.

Wisconsin Advanced Placement Advisory Council
In 2013, Brookfield East was recognized as a Level 1 AP Pacesetter school, with over 30% participation and over 70% pass rate for all AP Exams. Brookfield Central was recognized as a Level 2 AP Pacesetter school, with a participation rate just below 30% and a pass rate that exceeded 70%.
