The School District of Elmbrook seeks input from its key stakeholders through a variety of listening and engagement sessions. Student, staff and parent surveys are conducted annually and inform school and district continuous improvement plans. Monthly Principal chats provide families an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on timely topics at each school. Senior leadership participation in community organizations such as Rotary and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center Board connects the District with active organizations working for the betterment of our community. Finally, focus groups are held throughout the year to collect more specific feedback on programs, new initiatives, and strategic planning.
In 2016, the District introduced a new method to scoring the survey results that provides better data and ultimately a more targeted response. Click here to access 2015 stakeholder satisfaction data.
Thank you to the 6,000 students, parents and staff members that provided feedback this year. Your input is invaluable in our effort to move from Great to Greater!
