Toth Wins Award

21 September 2012

Congratulations to Jennifer Toth, coach of the Spartanettes since 2005, for being inducted to the Badgerette Pom Pon, Inc. Hall of Fame in August.  Since 1990, Badgerette has honored individuals who have made a difference and given back to the pom and dance world in a positive way.  Jennifer has made a significant contribution to furthering pom pons and dance at Brookfield East, as well as the Elm Grove and Brookfield communities.  Jennifer encourages the girls on her squad to focus on unity, respect, and positive attitudes, and it shows when they step foot on the court and field.  Jennifer was presented with this award by former East graduate, Sarah Newton who is now on the Badgerette staff.

Brookfield East High School Registration Materials are now available for downloading at www.elmbrookschools.org/registration.

Early Registration and Fee Collection
Wednesday, August 1 and Thursday, August 2
8 a.m. - Noon, 1 - 3 p.m.
Parents may drop off registration paperwork and pay fees during these times. Students must return on Registration Day to have their picture taken and to pick up their class schedule.

Registration Day
Tuesday, August 14
9 a.m. - 2 p.m and 4 - 7 p.m.
Parents may drop off registration paperwork and pay fees during this time. Students will have their picture taken.

Final Registration Day
Tuesday, September 4 at 7 a.m. prior to school starting

Lilly Road Closure

19 July 2012

Lilly Road will close temporarily during the Capitol Drive construction this summer. Lilly Road between Newall Drive and Ranch Road at Capitol Drive is planned to close July 23 and reopen about Aug. 31, Local traffic and access to businesses will be maintained. Motorists may want to try other ways to get to the Elmbrook School District offices and Immanuel Baptist Church near the road closure.

The DOT recommends motorists approaching the closed parts of Lilly Road take these detours:
· Northbound on Lilly: head east on Burleigh, north on 124th and northwest on Lisbon
· Southbound on Lilly: head southeast on Lisbon, south on 124th and west on Burleigh

 

Alumni Directory Project Begins

Harris Connect will be contacting alumni to update information for the Alumni Directory

Brookfield East High School is working with Harris Connect to update the East alumni directory. The new directory will be released this fall. Over the next several months, Harris will be contacting alumni via postcard, email, or phone call asking for updated contact information. We would appreciate your cooperation in updating your contact information. The information will not be released to third parties. You decide whether or not your personal information is published in the directory. It is a great way to stay connected or network with the Brookfield East community.
