Burleigh Elementary School’s talented teachers and staff are dedicated to providing your child with an excellent education in a positive, nurturing environment by maintaining high expectations and offering quality instruction. The staff works collaboratively to create learning opportunities that respect our students’ diverse learning styles and needs.
Every Student is Successful
We work to ensure that all students become successful, high-level readers, writers, speakers, and listeners, adopt strategies to build students’ conceptual understanding of mathematics, provide the basics of scientific inquiry, and ensure students are rounded in music and the arts. The curriculum focuses on research-based methods and utilizing the best technology.
Opportunity & Excellence
Students at Burleigh Elementary have the opportunity to participate in an array of co-curricular opportunities, ranging from orchestra, chorus, and band to chess, science, and art clubs, and the school musical. There really is something for every student.
Family Engagement is Key
Parents and families are central to Burleigh Elementary, and are one of the reasons for our school’s continued success. Parents are encouraged to participate in the PTO and get involved with various school and district projects, committees, and groups.
