The Friends of Elm Grove Library will present the 31st Annual Used Book Sale from March 3-5. The huge sale includes about 20,000 items and includes hard and soft-cover books for children and adults, CDs, DVDs and vinyl. Most items are $1 to $2. The “Collector’s Table” will have an array of individually priced items. This event is free to the public.
This Saturday February 25th, stop by Eble Park Ice Arena 12:30-1:45 to give hockey a try and talk to coach Danny Reilly about getting your girl started with a fast paced, social winter opportunity to meet new friends and have fun!
Think, Experiment and Create like an Innovator! The Commons in Milwaukee is seeking applicants now to be a part of a two session workshop.
Now Media Group is once again sponsoring its annual writing contest for students in grades 3 to 8. This year’s contest asks students to imagine life during times gone by.
Winners in two age categories will receive cash prizes and will see their work published in Brookfield-Elm Grove Now in spring.
Brookfield East Junior Spartan Football Program is holding registration for the 2017-2018 school year. Registration is open to residents and open-enrollment students in the Brookfield East High School attendance area who will be in 5th through 8th grade during the 2017-2018 school year. 4th graders “playing up” are welcome. We are always available to answer any questions you have about the program.
