Notice to High School Students and Parents:
Changes in the Honors Drop Down Practice.

The description in the 2006-2007 Course Offering Guide on page 62, Dropping Down from an Honors to a Regular Section has been changed. The Board of Education voted at the January 10, 2006 meeting to make the following change.

Only those students enrolled in an Honors class with a "C" grade or lower at the first mid-nine may drop to a regular section after meeting with specified faculty and completing requisite paperwork.

This practice went into effect beginning in the 2006-07 school year.

Attention All Seniors: Senior Credit Check will be scheduled from September 11th - September 25th, 2008 .
Seniors will be completing a final credit check for graduation and for post-secondary education as well as

• reviewing the college application process
• discussing your ACT/SAT scores for college reporting
• establishing an account on WISCareers website
• identifying potential careers/post-secondary majors
• identifying potential schools to apply to
