Have you ever wished you were the boss?  Did you ever have a great idea for a product or service?  Learn how to become a manager or owner of a business.  Become skilled at creating a business plan, determining start-up costs, reading financial statements, and hiring and training personnel.  Take a risk and enroll in this class.

  • Identify unique characteristics of an entrepreneur and evaluate the degree to which they possess those characteristics
  • Develop a marketing and management plan for an entrepreneurial venture.
  • Apply economic concepts when making decisions for an entrepreneurial venture.
  • Identify and use the necessary financial competencies needed by an entrepreneur.
  • Identify, establish, maintain, and analyze appropriate records to make business decisions.
