Varsity Coaches

 

Head Varsity

Mark Adams- This will be Mark's 9th season as the head coach at Brookfield Central. He and his staff have helped lead the Lancers to a record of 144-47 with back to back Conference Championships in 2002 and 2003 and six state tournament appearances. This past season the Lancers lost in the State semi-finals 52-48 to eventual State Champions from Tosa East.

Varsity Assistant

Dan Degner- Dan is beginning his first season as a varsity assistant at Brookfield Central. He has coached at every grade school and high school level that there is. His last high school job was the Head Varsity Coach at Sussex-Hamitlon in the GMC. Prior to that he was a Varsity Assistant Coach at Arrowhead High School. During these years he has always coached a team in the summer AAU Basketball. He has a Masters Degree in Education, and was a Physical Education and Health teacher for 19 years. Dan now sells insurance in KNI Insurance in Waukesha.

Varsity Assistant

Ralph Mierow- Ralph has now been coaching at Brookfield Central in various capacities for the past 19 years. He has enjoyed coaching the boys at each level - serving as the freshman coach for five years, and a J.V. assistant for two years before becoming one of the varsity assistants for teh past 12 years. He presently is working for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
