Junior Varsity Coaches

Head Coach

Paul Race- Coach Race taught junior high and middle school physical education in Elmbrook for over 30 years. he retired in 2001. he has coached 8th grade, freshmen and junior varsity basketball in the Brookfield Central High School System.

Assistant Junior Varsity

Doug Gordon- Doug coached in the JR lancers basketball program for 6 years. he was the director of JR. Lancers from 2001-2006. he has also coached our varsity in the off season games. Doug is the President of the Waterstone Bank.
