Forensics competition provides students with a unique opportunity to enhance their communication skills.  These skills are useful immediately, but will become increasingly valuable throughout their lives.  The ability to prepare and present live performances, to organize thoughts into cohesive and logical oratory, to interpret literature, to think on one's feet – these are the goals and accomplishments of the Forensics team.  While each student works toward a personal best, we create a pattern of team success.  You will see growth in poise, self-confidence, analytical ability, and literary appreciation as we move through the season.   Our practices are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:15 to 6:00 pm and on Thursdays from 2:15 to 6:00 pm.  In addition to our coaching staff, students will work at practice with experienced team captains.
