1. The Board will increase the effectiveness of committees and Board responses to committee recommendations.
   
   
2. The Board will address themes from spring 2009 survey and focus group feedback.
   
   
3. The Board will develop a process and alternatives to anticipate a projected decline in resident enrollment.
