Elmbrook Schools have positive school climates which foster caring, contributing, productive, and responsible behavior. Each school has a positive and safe environment and honors the traditions and contributions of all family and community members in the learning community.

• There is a strong parental and student participation in school governance beginning at the elementary level and continuing through high school.
• Parent volunteers spend many hours in classrooms, front offices, with Parent Teacher Organizations and other organized parent groups.
