Welcome to Brookfield East Athletics. 

This area is designed to provide the information you will need to register for athletic participation at Brookfield East. 

All athletes are required to have a Clearance Card from the Athletic office which indicates to coaches that all materials required for participation are on file.  Students will not be allowed to participate in any capacity without this clearance card.  This includes practices, scrimmages, and competition.  Please call the athletic office with any additional questions as they arise.

In order to receive the required Clearance Card athletes must have the following materials on file in the Athletic Office.

Students can pick up their card in the Athletic Office after August 1st.  Students without the card will not be allowed to participate in practices or tryouts.  Due to construction the Athletic Office is located in the PE Offices in the gym lobby.  You can access these offices through the West Gym lobby doors..

Medical Clearance/Activity Code
Your student must have a current physical signed by a doctor and guardian on file in our office.  The date on this physical must be on or after 4/1/09.  Each student-athlete and a parent or guardian must also sign the District Activity Code.

You can call the athletic office at Brookfield East if you need to check on the status of medical clearance or code for your son or daughter.  The required form can be downloaded below or picked up in the main office or the athletic office at Brookfield East. 

Students with a current physical on file can participate by submitting the alternate year card.  This is also available for downlaod below.  Hard copies are available at Brookfield East.

Eligibility
All athletes must meet the eligibility requirements established by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association in order to compete for Brookfield East.  Additionally athletes and parents are required to sign a form indicating their understanding and compliance with the rules of eligibility established by the WIAA.  Please review the attached Eligibility form to fully understand those requirements.

Activity Fee
All athletes must pay the district required activity fee each year before participating in competition for Brookfield East.  That fee is $60.00 for each athletic program with a maximum of two fees paid.  Athletes participating in a third or fourth program do not pay those additional fees.
