STRATEGIC PLANNING SURVEY RESULTS

     As part of the school district's constituent driven strategic planning process, a survey of community members and staff was undertaken in February 2008. The district received 2,025 survey responses.

     A copy of the survey in its electronic format is available for viewing. The responses were collated and the results were provided to the Board of Education and Strategic Planning Team members on March 8, 2008.

     The results are available in numeric form, which is broken down into categories of respondents as well as bar graphs which show the percentage of responses choosing each answer.

     The results are also available in stack chart form, showing the number of responses by category for each answer.

     The results are also available in a form that uses a Pareto chart. An explanation of the use of the Pareto chart is also provided. 

     The survey allowed for written input for each question and requested written responses for two open-ended questions. These written comments and responses are also available.

     The Board of Education expresses appreciation to all community and staff members who provided needed input by filling out this Strategic Planning survey.
