Coach Leupold returns for her fourth year coaching in the Girl's Cross Country program and her second year as the Head Coach. Last year, as an award for her hard work and dedication, she won the GMC Coach of the Year Award. Coach Leupold brings a passion for wellness to the program and to Brookfield East. As a regular competitor in 5K races, half marathons and triathalons throughout the region she also brings a wealth of experience. Girl's Cross country at East has one of the largest programs with participation often exceeding 40 athletes. Having won five of the last six GMC Championships, it is also one of the most successful. |

Coach Foss returns for her second year as an assistant coach for the Girls Cross Country program. Along with being a new coach for the Cross Country team last year, she also was a new teacher to Brookfield East High School. She grew up in Southeast Wisconsin where she ran cross country and track all four years at Franklin High School. Her first year of college at UW-Madison she was a member of the Women's Track and Field team where she competed as a sprinter. She brings an excellent running background to the team along with a passion for running and competition. |
