Policy 3512 - Sites Maintenance
The Board of Education recognizes the value of attractive landscaping consistent with economy and cost of operation. A neat and attractive site can help in developing good school community relations.
The upkeep of the grounds shall include such tasks as the repairing of walks, fences, drains, sewers, and driveways and the replanting of lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The grounds shall be maintained in a safe and attractive condition year round.
Grounds shall be adequately maintained for the educational program of the school children, and the overall requirements for providing same shall be continually reviewed.
