Annual and Special District Meetings - Policy 8300

1. The Annual Budget Hearing shall be held on the 4th Monday in September at 6:00 p.m.
   
   
2. The Annual Meeting shall be held on the 4th Monday in September at 7:00 p.m.
   
   
3. The Annual Meeting and the Annual Budget Hearing location shall be specified annually by the Board of Education.
   
   
4. Special Meetings of the electorate may be called to transact District business subject to Wis. Stats.
   120.08 (2).
   
   
5. The provisions for consideration of a special subject if requested by electors are delineated in Wis. Stats. 120.09.
   
   
6. The powers of the Annual Meeting of a Common School District are delineated in Wis. Stats. 120.10.
