District & School Accolades

Washington Post “High School Challenge” - The Washington Post High School Challenge listed Brookfield Central seventh out of 22 high schools in Wisconsin and #771 out of 1,800 (the top 9 percent) nationally.

Milwaukee Magazine Rankings - Elmbrook was ranked third among 33 K-12 and 21 K-8 school districts in the five-county Milwaukee area by Milwaukee Magazine.

All-time High ACT Scores - Brookfield Central and East achieved their highest ACT scores in district history. They were also selected for ACT’s 2011 Red Quill Legacy Award – two out of only five high schools in Wisconsin to receive the award in its inaugural year.

Elmbrook Ranked #1 on MacIver Institute Report - Elmbrook was at the very top of the MacIver Institute’s rankings of the state’s 50 largest school districts on its “Large School District Report Card.” It received the only “A” in the group.

Exemplary Middle Schools - Pilgrim Park and Wisconsin Hills Middle Schools once again earned Exemplary Middle School honors in a program sponsored by the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators.
