NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT NOTE:  Students new to the Elmbrook School District are required to complete and return enrollment forms before proceeding with the registration process. Download: New Student Enrollment Forms. 
 
IMPORTANT DATES

July 2012

  • Registration materials emailed to parents/guardians of enrolled students via ParentLink.
  • Phone message sent to home phone notifying parents/guardians to look for Registration email.
  • Families who do not have access to a computer, required to notify office to request Registration materials.


July 16 through July 27, 2012 - Registration Window/Forms and Fee Collections

  • In person: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Fridays, 9 a.m. to Noon
  • Or mail to: Brookfield Elementary, Student Registration, 2530 North Brookfield Rd, Brookfield WI 53045
  • Classroom assignment available upon completion of registration process.

1 Print and Complete all Required Registration Forms
2 Your children may be eligible to receive free or reduced price meals if your total household income is within the limits of the Federal Income Guidelines. Households that receive FoodShare or W-2 cash benefits may not have to fill out an application, but if you have not been notified of your eligibility by August 31st, please submit an application at that time.

5 Consider other Before & After School Activity Information & Sign-Up Forms

Bring completed materials and fee payments to Brookfield Elementary School from July 16th through July 27th.
Bring completed Student Picture Packet Order Form to Meet & Greet, August 29th, 3pm - 6pm. Students will have the opportunity to bring in school supplies Brookfield Elementary Supply List, meet their teacher and have their picture taken.
