The district promotes excellence and equity in education. Strong leadership by the Board of Education, administrators, teachers, students, parents, and community leaders is demonstrated by the ability to hold steadfast to the educational vision, effectively save and spend the district's resources, communicate progress, and support students, programs, and services.
School, District and Board goals are framed in a way that may be benchmarked through the school year and measured at year's end. Progress is recorded and used for improvement efforts.
At this time, we are not accepting applications for substitute teachers unless you have been referred to our department by a principal. If, shortly after school starts, we find we are in need of substitute teachers, we will post the positions on WECAN.
