Take the first step to managing your healthcare costs by participating in the Health Risk Assessment. The biometric events will begin in November. All employees on the District healthcare plan can receive $50-Single or $120-Family reduction in one's monthly premium co-pay by completing the following two tasks by November 17:
- Complete the Health and Wellness Questionnaire and Schedule your Biometric Screening
- Participate in the Biometric Event in November
The Health Risk Assessment window opens September 15. Biometric screenings will be held in District locations during the week of November 13-17. Spouses are welcome to participate, but not required.
