On Wednesday, May 17, athletes from across southeastern Wisconsin were honored at the inaugural Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Awards, several Elmbrook athletes were honored.
On Wednesday, May 17, athletes from across southeastern Wisconsin were honored at the inaugural Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Awards. High school students from across the district were nominated for various awards in their respective sports.
Brookfield East took home several awards including Sam Santiago-Lloyd as Football Player of the Year, Robert Krill as Boy's Tennis Player of the Year, and the BEHS Spartan Football Team being named Team of the Year!
In addition to the above award winners, the following student-athletes were nominated from Brookfield East: Emma Corwin (Girls' Tennis), Nick Watry (Boys' Volleyball), Eric Sinson (Boys' Hockey), Sam Santiago-Lloyd (Male Athlete of the Year)
