Stakeholder Survey Results

The District receives input and feedback from our stakeholders through a variety of listening and engagement methods. Student, staff and parent surveys are conducted annually and inform school and district improvement plans. Senior leadership creates engagement opportunities with staff based on survey trends, and leverages staff meetings and monthly employee roundtable events to dive deeper into a given topic or area of concern. Realtor events, meetings with City Officials, and participation in service organizations connect the District to our greater Elmbrook community.
