Stakeholder Survey Results

The District receives input and feedback from our key stakeholders through a variety of listening and engagement methods. Student, staff and parent surveys are conducted annually and inform school and district continuous improvement plans. Monthly Principal chats provide families an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on timely topics at each school. Senior leadership stresses visibility in our schools and semi-annual “Coffee and Conversation” to solicit informal and formal feedback. Employee roundtable meetings are conducted monthly by employee group to inform key projects and share outcomes and information. Realtor events, meetings with City Officials, and community board membership connect the District to our greater Elmbrook community.

Thank you to the 6,000 students, parents and staff members who participated in one or more of the engagement opportunities described above! You can find this year’s survey results by clicking on the year on the right of this page.
