DPI school report cards include outcomes for each school in four priority areas: student achievement, student growth, closing gaps, and on-track and post-secondary readiness.

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction first issued school report cards in 2011-2012, intended to create a more standardized methodology for parents and community members to determine the effectiveness of their local schools. In November 2016, the Department of Public Instruction released district scorecards to help parents and students compare districts across the state using common criteria in the areas of: Student Achievement, Student Growth, Closing Gaps, and Post-Secondary Readiness.

Elmbrook uses the report card as one measure to evaluate the success of the district, particularly in relation to its benchmark peers. To view all district or school report cards, visit the DPI Report Card Web Site.

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction provides school and district performance information on an annual basis HERE.  The available reports include:  School Report Cards, Wisconsin School District Performance Reports, Federal ESEA Reporting, Special Education District Profile Reports, and Parental Choice Program Results.

Wisconsin Statute section 115.38(2)(a) requires a broad list of academic and school performance information to be shared with stakeholders. Elmbrook provides access to this information to the extent the information is available from the Department of Public Instruction. Additionally, and also required by state statute, performance information can be compared between School Districts, including those schools in our athletic conference: Brookfield Central, Brookfield East, Menomonee Falls, Sussex Hamilton, Wauwatosa East, Wauwatosa West, West Allis Central. As a private high school, Marquette is not held to the same, rigorous reporting standards as public schools.
