Brookfield Central Seniors Logan Schauer and Daniel Wietor have qualified for the finals of the 2021 Technicians of Tomorrow (ADAMM) Automotive Competition! In the preliminary round, Logan and Daniel combined to score 102 on the ASE-Maintenance and Light Repair written exam, the highest score of all competing teams. The top six teams from Southeastern Wisconsin qualified for the next level of competition, a hands-on performance to be held at the Greater Milwaukee International Car & Truck Show on May 7th at State Fair Park.

Students who compete in Technicians of Tomorrow are evaluated on their knowledge of tools and measurements, interview skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair problems on a vehicle within a specific time limit. All teams have the same make and model vehicle with the same bugs to diagnose and fix. As part of the preparation for the competition, students will spend time working with certified technicians at local dealerships.

Congratulations and good luck to Logan and Daniel! (Pictured L to R: Daniel, Logan)
