Brookfield East student Brooke Salomone’s artwork will be featured as the 2023 State Park sticker for Wisconsin! Her design was one of over 250 entries received by the Wisconsin DNR and as the winner it will be featured on more than 500,000 vehicles across the state next year. This is the 32nd year of the design contest for high school-age students in the state, and Brooke will receive an engraved plaque and a 2023 annual vehicle admission sticker featuring her design this December.
“I knew from the beginning that I wanted to incorporate a compass to showcase four different activities that Wisconsin could be known for instead of just focusing on one,” reflected Salomone. “I’m thankful to my design teacher Ms. Molitor for her guidance during my creation of this project.”
