Brookfield East Significantly Exceeds Expectations
wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction released school report cards this week, naming  Brookfield East as a school that "Significantly Exceeds Expectations'' with a composite score of 90.6. East received the third highest score in the state for non-charter high schools. This is the highest designation and reflects strong performance in the areas of:

  • Student Achievement
  • Student Growth
  • Closing Gaps
  • Post-Secondary Readiness

“We are proud of the results reflected in the School Report Cards, which are a product of our hard-working students, talented staff, and strong school leadership,” said Mike Sereno, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning. “These results are reflective of our strong assessment results which include the second highest District ACT score in the state of Wisconsin.”

This is the eighth year of the School Report Card and the seventh year of a District Report Card, with a gap during the 2019-20 school year due to the pandemic. For 2020-21, the School District of Elmbrook has earned the distinction of "Significantly Exceeds Expectations," which is the highest rating attainable and is based on the overall performance of its nine eligible schools.

Visit the Strategy and Accountability section of Elmbrook's website and DPI's District and School Report Card page to review the full school and district report.
