Jim Jacobsen, Brookfield East Physical Education teacher, coach, and 1996 graduate passed away on Saturday, December 23rd. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the entire Brookfield East and School District of Elmbrook Communities.

Community members are welcome to join Spartan Nation for a Celebration of Life Gathering on Tuesday, January 2nd at 6:30 p.m. in the Brookfield East Fieldhouse, 3305 North Lilly Road, Brookfield, WI.
