Brookfield East sophomore, Reilly Tiltmann, was named a state champion in both the 100 Meter Butterfly and 100 Meter Backstroke at the WIAA State Meet on Saturday, November 10. The Brookfield East Girls Swimming and Diving Team finished fifth overall, marking the team’s best Division 1 finish since 1984.

Other state place winners included the third place 200 Medley Relay of Abby Wanezek, Callie Gregg, Reilly Tiltmann and Zoe Woods, third place 400 Freestyle Relay (Tiltmann, Kamryn Dembny, Woods and Wanezek - pictured at left), Lexi Penney took sixth place in diving, and Abby Wanezek who took sixth in the 100 Meter Freestyle.
