Chess Journey
It’s a joyous occasion for Burleigh Elementary School to receive several trophies during Chess tournaments in March and to keep the flag flying high.
Ojas S. (4th Grade) won the First place in Grade Level Championship which was held on March 11th at the University School of Milwaukee student Union.
Ojas also finished third (tied for 1st place in points) in Wisconsin State Level Scholastic Championship that was held in Oshkosh on 18-19th of March.
