Medication Reminder for from the Health Room
Medication reminder from the Health room:
For over the counter meds: We are only able to administer over the counter meds (including cough drops) as directed and with written consent from parents/guardians. Medication must be unexpired and in original packaging.
For prescription meds: We need a signature from both parents and provider in order to give prescription medication. It must be in the prescription bottle.
