Burleigh/PPMS FLL Challenge team, Team Alpha Geek, represented the state of Wisconsin in Houston, Texas at the FIRST™ World Championship competing against 152 teams from around the world. The team presented their innovation project and robot design to a panel of judges and competed in an exciting robot game. Their robot score was a season high for the team scoring 435 points out of 550! Most importantly the team had the opportunity to interact with other robotics students and teams learning and working alongside one another!
Burleigh FLL Explore team, Team Pandacorns, represented the state of Wisconsin with 39 teams from around the world. Team Pandacorns presented their Masterpiece model and research and were recognized for their coding skills with a Coding Award trophy. The team had a wonderful time learning and engaging in STEAM activities over the course of the four-day festival!
This is the second year for our FLL teams to represent Wisconsin on the World stage!
