Burleigh scoreThe Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction released school report cards this week, naming Burleigh Elementary as a school that "Significantly Exceeds Expectations" with a composite score of 88.8. This is the highest designation and reflects strong performance in the areas of:

• Student Achievement
• Student Growth
• Closing Gaps
• Post-Secondary Readiness

"We are proud of the results reflected in the School Report Cards, which are a product of our hard-working students, talented staff, and strong school leadership," said Mike Sereno, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning.

This is the seventh year of the School Report Card and the sixth year of a District Report Card. For 2018-19, the School District of Elmbrook has earned the distinction of "Significantly Exceeds Expectations," which is the highest rating attainable and is based on the overall performance of its nine eligible schools.
