This year at the 2019 Spartan Chess Open on February 23 at Brookfield East, this team consisting of Jimmy Chen, Lincoln Goldsmith, Matthew Schatz, Chetan Pothuru, Hrishikesh Srivathsan and Grace Chen participated and WON the all NEW Elmbrook Cup, a traveling trophy that is awarded to the top performing Elmbrook elementary school at the Spartan Chess Open.
