Gifted & Talented Parent Advisory Organization

Contact
Alice Summers, District Liaison
elmbrookgtpab@gmail.com

Welcome!

You’ve found the GTPAO webpage.  We are a group of parents committed to supporting other parents and fostering dialogue between parents and staff to ensure that all students receive an appropriate education that meets their needs.

The mission of the Gifted and Talented Parent Advisory Organization is to encourage and advance communication between parents, teachers, and district leaders in such a way that brings teamwork to the educational process and gives the GT students in the district the most effective, comprehensive and challenging education possible.

Our goal is to make the Elmbrook GTPAO a valuable resource for parents, teachers, and district leaders through the use of parent focus groups, evaluation of gifted programming, support from GT organizations, guest speakers, and parent-to-parent involvement.

In the Documents and Resources section, you may discover useful research, programs, advocacy groups and peer groups.

We hope to see you at one of our upcoming 2026-2027 meetings from 9:30-11:00am or 6:30-8:00pm at the Elmbrook District Office, 3555 N. Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI 53005.
