Each Friday, all families automatically receive a newsletter containing news and announcements from their child’s school, the District, parent groups, and the community.
Optional: School Announcements
The School Announcements are an opt-in option for families to stay connected to the Elmbrook Schools and the announcements and important happenings in your children’s schools. These announcements are sent on Mondays and Wednesdays and are in addition to the weekly newsletters that are automatically sent to all parents by each school on Friday afternoons that contain the same information.
To opt-in, input your email address (must be the same as your email address in Infinite Campus) into the Subscribe tool on the right-hand side of this webpage. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Email & Phone
SchoolMessenger is used to send phone, email, and text messages to students, staff, and families throughout the year.
Optional: Text Message Opt-in
Elmbrook utilizes a text message option to communicate with families through our SchoolMessenger service for urgent and emergency matters (i.e.: school closings, safety updates). You can choose to opt-in now by texting “yes” or “y” to 67587. Message and data rates may apply.
Our website’s District Apps page offers a look into a number of apps to keep families informed and connected. Among these apps are:
- Infinite Campus: for middle and high school students, this app provides real-time access to grades, assignments, attendance, schedules, announcements and more. Elementary families can confirm attendance records, verify household information, and access current year report cards (when available).
- Here Comes the Bus: tracks the specific location of your child’s bus, and can provide text notification as the bus approaches a stop which proves especially useful in winter conditions.
- Speak Up Speak Out: an application that supports anonymous reporting of inappropriate behavior, bullying, or school safety concerns.
- Securly: allows parents insight into their student's internet experience. Through the app, parents are able to monitor their student's internet history and search terms.
Membership Toolkit is an online school directory tool for families used by each school in our district.
To annually opt-in and join the directory, District parents receive invitations via email from their PTO to verify their information and access the directory from the Membership Toolkit software during the summer, or can login to their account at any point to re-verify and update their information.
