Since 2023, we have been dedicated to growing fresh, nutritious lettuce to feed our students. Our innovative hydroponic system allows us to cultivate high-quality produce in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner. By using a soilless growing method, we can efficiently manage resources, reduce water usage, and ensure a consistent supply of leafy greens year-round.

We are proud of this journey towards healthier eating and environmental stewardship as we continue to provide our community with the freshest, locally-grown lettuce straight from our farm to your lunch tray.
