New for the 2024-25 school year is a Teacher Compensation Model that both creates a clear pathway to a competitive salary as well as compensates staff for continued learning and impact outside of the classroom. Additionally, the new Support Staff Compensation Incentives Plan also provides additional stipends and pay rate adjustments for longevity and continued learning.
