Celebrating Educator Impact - The Elmbrook Schools partners with its Education Foundation to take educator recognition to another level. From Thank You Thursdays to Engaged in Excellence and Most Influential Educator Awards, the school district has found a way to engage students, families and staff in the recognition process throughout the entire second semester. Participants in this session will learn about how recognition is solicited, considered and presented, and they will leave with an understanding of how this recognition strategy impacts Elmbrook's ability to attract and retain top workforce talent.
