In order to deliver outstanding benefit offerings while maintaining costs, strategies to incentivize quality care rather than cost shift or reduce benefits were put in place. Elmbrook held its second annual Wellness Summit in August. Building Wellness Champions attended to support the District's mission to provide it's staff with "Total Employee Reward" resources. As liaisons, in order to provide ALL staff with resources, communications and wellness programming, Champs reflected and committed to workplace wellness. Effective September 2018, the Family Wellness Center hours have changed, the visit cost was reduced and additional medications are available through the on-site dispensary as prescribed for treatment at a Center appointment.
