The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction released school report cards this week, naming Dixon Elementary as a school that "Significantly Exceeds Expectations" with a composite score of 88.0. This is the highest designation and reflects strong performance in the areas of:

  • Student Achievement
  • Student Growth
  • Closing Gaps
  • Post-Secondary Readiness

"We are proud of our student achievement results and the high quality teaching and learning in each of our schools," said Dr. Dana Monogue, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning. "The School Performance Report Card reflects our commitment to each students' growth and development leading to college and career success."

This is the fifth year of the School Report Card and the fourth year of a District Report Card. For 2016-17, the School District of Elmbrook has earned the distinction of "Significantly Exceeds Expectations," which is the highest rating attainable and is based on the overall performance of its nine eligible schools.

Visit the Assessment and Accountability section of Elmbrook's website and DPI's District and School Report Card page to review the full school and district report.
