Dixon had a record-breaking Spelling Bee this year! Our participant total came to a whopping 35, beating last year's record by 10 participants! Both in-person students and virtual students came together over Zoom to battle through 12 rounds of intense competition over nearly 3 hours! Nolan Scott (1st place) reigned supreme, with Venkat "Arya" Mitta (2nd place) and Charan Karthikeya Anumukonda (3rd place) close behind. This year was also very special as we had an nearly equal number of students across each grade level (3-5). Each and every student worked hard over the past month to improve their spelling skills. We are so proud of everyone!
