The Elmbrook Education Foundation is seeking support for the School District's Farm Expansion at Fairview South. The objectives of the program include providing quality school meals to better fuel Elmbrook students to learn at their highest potential, grow all of their own lettuce for all students participating in their meal programs and providing organic greens/produce to students that are hyperlocal; without these units, the organic greens would not be financially viable. This program reach includes student engagement, clubs, special education student support and partnership with Fairview South students and Strive; learning life skills, job stamina and education through daily tasks and curriculum based. The Elmbrook Education Foundation has committed to raising $65,000; an equivalent of 12 farms.
