EEF Presents Check for $80,000 For Shared Theatre and Fine Arts Initiative

The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) recently presented an $80,000 check to the School District of Elmbrook for the Shared Theatre and Fine Arts Initiative. The funds were raised through the EEF Ladies Night event, generous donations from the Elmbrook community, and $40,000 in matching funds from the Schlifske Family Foundation. These funds will go towards updated microphones and sound and lighting equipment that will be used by all performing groups at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center from high school to elementary musicals, and beyond.

“We are so incredibly grateful to all the donors and especially the Schlifske's for their generosity,” reflected Dan Pronley, Theatre Director at Brookfield Central. “This gift will enhance the quality of the world-class fine arts programs we offer in Elmbrook from high school to elementary.”

To support additional Theatre and Fine Arts needs, the Schlifske Foundation has generously offered to match an additional $20,000 through the end of this school year. Donations can be made or online at https://Theater22.givesmart.com. Thank you to all who contributed to this cause.
