Elmbrook Schools has partnered with Care Solace to support the well-being of students and their family members. Care Solace is a confidential care coordination service that can help you quickly find mental health or substance use treatment options matched to your needs and insurance/payment method. Services are available 24/7/365 in any language.

Families can use Care Solace in several different ways to find a provider:

  • Self Search and Appointment Booking - Visit www.caresolace.com/elmbrookschools. Once you find provider options, you can connect with individual providers to check on appointment availability.
  • Self Search with Assisted Appointment Booking - Visit  www.caresolace.com/elmbrookschools. Once you find provider options, click "Check Availability"  and Care Solace staff can help you gather availability from your preferred options.
  • Supported Search - Visit www.caresolace.com/elmbrook and click "Search Providers" or call 888-515-0595. Care Solace staff will reach out to gather information about your needs and can do the research and appointment booking for you.
  • Follow up - If you try a provider and it's not the right fit, Care Solace can help you search for and get an appointment with a new provider.

If you have any questions about the services provided by Care Solace, please reach out to a School Psychologist, School Counselor, or School Social Worker at your child's school.
