Pam Casey, Elmbrook’s Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, was formally honored as the 2025-26 Human Resources Director of the Year at the Wisconsin State Education Convention on January 21, celebrating her statewide impact and leadership in school human resources.

Colleagues, peers, and educational leaders gathered to recognize Pam’s contributions to advancing HR practices in K-12 education and her dedication to supporting staff and students. The ceremony highlighted her role in strengthening organizational systems, mentoring fellow HR professionals, and helping shape best practices through her long-standing involvement with the Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators (WASPA).

Pam expressed gratitude for the honor, emphasizing the collective work of the Elmbrook HR team and the importance of collaboration in creating environments where educators and staff can thrive.

The ceremony served as a meaningful celebration of Pam’s leadership and lasting impact - both within Elmbrook Schools and across the state of Wisconsin.
