Rohin Gupta

Rohin Gupta, a Sophomore at Brookfield East High School, was selected as a delegate for this summer’s Youth Leadership Forum by the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (WBPDD) in Madison. The week-long forum is for high schoolers with disabilities who want to learn about leadership, self-advocacy skills, and career awareness.

“I am excited to get to know others and build skills in independence,” reflected Gupta. “I want to use the skills that I learn in my school and community.”

Each year, only 25 sophomore through senior year students from across the state are selected as WBPDD delegates for the Forum, and these students are selected based on leadership potential and active participation in their school community. Elmbrook is proud of Rohin and his determination throughout this process and wishes him luck at the Forum this summer!
