This month, Elmbrook hosted a K-5 Chess Championship with 35 students competing across all five elementary schools. The event helped to raise $805 in funds for the Ronald McDonald House organization. Individual awards went to the top eight placing students including:

- Purvi Menon, Dixon
- Nathaniel Diderrich, Dixon
- Lincoln Lettau, Burleigh
- Hugo Abreu, Dixon
- Akshat Lohia, Dixon
Additionally, Team Awards went to Dixon Elementary for First Place, Swanson Elementary for Second Place, and Burleigh Elementary for Third Place!
